Machining Specialists, Inc. is a producer of small, medium and long machined parts, press brake and hydro formed sheet metal products and assemblies.

We solicit mill and lathe work produced from aluminum, steel, stainless, titanium, phenolic and nylon. Our milling experience includes hogouts, as well as work on castings and forgings. We can produce 4 or 5 axis type work and MDD lofted and contoured surfaces. Our capabilities range from the production of relatively simple parts, to the very complex. We have on site CAD/CAM programming as well as EDI capabilities.

To further offer one stop capabilities, Machining Specialists has added a new division that provides sheet metal fabrication including automatic press brake and hydroform products.

The combination of our machining capabilities and sheet metal capabilities further enhances our offering of assembly products. Machining Specialists offers traditional installation of bushings, bearings, nutplates and inserts in our machined components and also assembly of sheet metal components and machined parts. This broad range of assembly capabilities currently includes the manufacture of assemblies with over 50 detail components.

Machining Specialists is pro active in partnering with its customers to provide value added features such as assembly and kitting and has embraced customer initiatives in lean manufacturing, six sigma, advanced technology assembly, value engineering and monolithic design. Machining Specialists has also proactively partnered with other providers to offer the complete one stop capabilities that many of our customers are seeking. Machining Specialists works hard to continually improve its processes. Our company's positive approach to aircraft manufacturing has resulted in being asked to serve on Cessna's Supplier Advisory Board, which meets regularly with Cessna's senior executives.
