Capabilities

Long Machining

• Our Komo Machining Center that produces continuous machining capabilities to 20 feet long.

Horizontal Machining

• Our 50 taper, 4 Axis Horizontal Machining Center with automatic pallet changers provides an efficient machine capable of providing heavy cuts in the toughest materials, and our 40 taper Horizontals efficiently machine aluminum hogouts using multiple pallets, high speed spindles, and live 4th Axis machining.

Vertical Machining

• We have a total of thirteen (13) - 3-axis CNC machines, three pallet changers, and three 4th-axis rotaries to address your milling needs to 24 x 50 x 24 inches.

Turning

• We have four CNC lathes- two (2) capable of 10” chucker work , and two (2) equipped with an automatic magazine barfeeders for efficient turning operations with chucks or collets.

Grinding

• We offer surface grinding and internal grinding capabilities including cylindrical grinding, surface grinding and honing.

Sheet Metal

• Our sheet metal division includes a CNC shear, CNC personal press, and CNC pressbrake to provide a wide array of sheet metal operations.

Assembly

• Our assembly department is capable of pressing bearings and bushings, nut plates, roller swedging, welding, and other assembly services. We currently produce assemblies containing over 160 parts.

Kitting

• We have the capability of kitting parts, at customer request, to ease the assembly process.

• We have a Mechanical Engineer on staff to assist with product design.
